It works!
Don’t even ask me why but this works. My niece told me on a ski trip she had to sit out a day in a rental and saw these there and tried them out. She rolled her feet every night for a week. The neurology pain in her feet significantly improved. So I ordered two one for each foot and put them in the living room next to the chair. My husband and I both have severe neuropathy, plantar fasciitis and arch pain. Since we started rolling both feet at a time while reading or watching tv or just relaxing most days for an hour or so we have had major improvement in foot pain. Sometimes I’ll go a week or two forgetting about them but when the foot pain and cramps come back I start rolling them again and the relief comes back within a day or two. There is probably science behind it but it feels like magic to me.

Better than rolling my feet on plastic bottles after work
I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and would roll my feet on frozen water bottles after work to help with the pain. The water bottles get deformed after thawing and re freezing repeatedly, are too cold to use barefoot, and get icky with pet hair and carpet fuzz. This thing is sturdy, maintains shape, stays clean, and fits nicely in the freezer door. The shape and bumps provide a nice massage feeling. Overall it helps a lot relieving my pain and soreness. My only complaint is that because of the bumps and how thick the plastic is it does a better job of massaging than icing your feel. It does get and feel cold but not as cold as a water bottle, even if you’re barefoot though that does help. Sometimes if my feet are really sore I’ll rest one on a squishy gel ice pack while rolling the other on this and trade off a couple times for a good combo of icing and massaging.

As Advertised and Good Quality
Great for plantar fasciitis and for tired feet. This was an important part of my recovery from pf and made a huge difference in healing. Also, it's nice just for tired feet even when my pf is not acting up.Also, very good price. Yes, a frozen water bottle is free and works; however, it leaks as the ice melts and condensation builds up quickly so you have wet feet and carpet fuzz stuck to the bottle. Also, the shape of this is really nice for your arches. If you are currently using a frozen bottle and find it to be useful, this will be even better and last many years.

Removed plantar fascia pain in one hard, painful 5 minute workout
Prescribed by my physician to stretch and break up scar tissue on my plantar fascia. Months of foot pain gone after a single 5 minute workout. I used the roller standing putting nearly all my body weight into it. It was very painful and very effective. I use it on both feet and I use it barefoot. I would recommend starting with an athletic sock. The manual provided with the product says to use it while seated. Perhaps it will act as a relaxing massage roller if you use it that way. I wouldn't know. You will get out of it what you put into it. Lean into it and push beyond the pain. The results for me were amazing. I won't sugarcoat it. It isn't "good" pain. It's real pain. That means you are doing it right. Set a timer for 5 minutes for each foot. Do both feet. Results for me were rapid. I still use it and I still seek out the pain. Now it is actually a good pain. And it is relaxing.

Lost shape after freezing
Used it a lot and helped quite a bit, but after freezing it...which is an option they said, the middle became oval and not usable.Don't freeze it!!

Feels great
I'm on my feet all day at work so my feet/legs are tired at the end of the day. Use it for 15-20mins before I go to bed and it helps relax my feet. Easy to use, just sit on a chair and roll your foot back and forth at different angles. I bought 2 so I have one for each foot. I just started putting it in the freezer so it cold when I use it. So hopefully it holds up for being in the freezer all day.

It feels good, in unexpected ways
This product feels good to use. I'd never used something similar. My feet are way more sensitive than I knew before, and it's been interesting rolling this thing around under my feet while doing other things on the computer. I lay down a towel on the floor beneath the computer desk. Set it on it. And then use it with socks on or bare foot. It feels great.I'm not sure what specific therapeutic benefit it has, but I can attest that it makes me way more aware of my feet, and the tactile sensitive nature of my feet than I was before. It exceeds my expectations for such a simple thing. This applies to the Gaiam foot massage roller too.My recommendation is to put a towel down between the roller and a hard wood floor to make it easier to use, and to keep any possible marking of the floor to a minimum. It left some marks on the floor, but they were easily removed. The towel feels nice to the foot, and keeps the roller from slipping.Enjoy!
