Removed a stubborn 5mm Hex bolt
While using a Craftsman 5mm hex key socket to remove a bolt, the bit actually broke and got embedded in the hex hole. So much for a Craftsman. Got these impact grade bits. Cleared the embedded broken hex key, then use a 200 ft-lb impact wrench to drive the 5mm bit from this kit. Took the bolt right out!Good quality stuff, better than Craftsman!

Bought these to do my transfer case, transmission and differential fluid changes on my BMW.They fit very snugly in the hex for the drain and fill plugs. A long 1/2 ratchet or breaker bar is very helpful and makes the job easier.Definitely recommend them for your DIYer, the best alternative to buying snap on or those weak hex sockets sold in auto parts stores. Mind you, I did not try them with an impact as I did not need it but they feel sturdy and have some heft to them. Overall good purchase!

Only needed for the 19mm, but cheaper for whole set than one socket locally
Used one time to break an axle bolt loose. Worked, didn't break, almost broke my breaker bar though. Seems pretty good quality, in line with other Neiko tools I've purchased and used.

Solidly constructed. Used the 19 mm to break loose a hub bolt and 17mm to install the replacement bolt. Both withstood 300-400 lb-ft of torque.
