Aputure Gigtube Wireless GW3CII Live View Angle Finder with Shutter Cable Release for Canon EOS 5D Mark II

I bought this and when it arrived it was missing a part, I was only allowed to get a refund through amazon and that was a bummer because now I am going to try and order it again and see if all of the parts come with it this time around. I will update my review if this is better the second time and if it arrives on time. I already missed a photoshoot with a shutter triggering mechanism and had to run back and fourth like a crazy. I am buying this for a Canon 5d Mark III ... (When I hooked it up on the camera it did work and focus and it did take pictures only I was not able to connect the video).Update: (May16, 2012):I received this item just fine thank you amazon, the problem is the second order having the same problem. Missing parts!! Even emailing the seller to tell them of the problem did not help nor did they take a minute to check and see if it was missing parts. The manual that comes with the order clearly shows you what should be in the box and Page 4 of the Aputure Manual (English) says item #6. AV Cable adapter. This item is missing twice they got it wrong...

I was very excited to receive this, but due to travel I was not able to try it out right away. When I did I was disappointed to find that the transmitter and receiver would not communicate. I contacted their support (in China), and after a long delay was told basically to read the directions. Which I had already done, but to humor them I read everything again. I had someone else read the directions and try to make things work. I took photos of each step as I performed them and sent them to Aputure to confirm that I was doing things correctly. All I ever got back were very canned responses that basically boiled down to "read the directions".I've had the great misfortune to run into a few other Aputure products too. Of the four devices I have used from them only one worked, and it only worked for a couple of months.This company makes cheap junk.

Je viens de recevoir mon gigtube.Trés déçu 1ère pas de chargeur au norme Française broche américaine,une notice en chinois et anglais non précisé a l'achat je ne comprend rien,pas de connectique Canon eos 5 mark 2 comme demandé a ma commandeQuestion existe t-il une notice en Français quesque je fais pour mon chargeur,comment on me dépanne pour avoir les bonnes connectiques.Délais a c'est long et il devient Urgent que je me serve de ce produitJ'aimerai que l'on me trouve une solution URGENTE
