fits whirlpool uxt4230ads2, too dense to vent outside
This fits the whirlpool uxt4230ads2 hood range perfectly. I bought it as a replacement for a non-carbon filtered screen filter. My hood vents to the outside, and what I discovered is that this carbon filter is denser, so the fan motor has a harder time pulling air through, and it was not able to push enough air through to open the outside vent flappers, which results in the filtered air coming into the house instead of going outside. These are sturdy and fit, so I have now bought the aluminum, non-carbon version from Jovitec, and expect them to work even better. Since I use a gas stove, I prefer the air to vent to the outdoors.

Fits GE Range JVX3300
Measure your range hood please. I didn't want to order from the manufacturer because for $20 I would only get 1 lousy carbon filter.Instead I measured and took a chance in ordering this. It was a bit finicky to place, because the metal is NOT BENDABLE, but thick real metal around it, which I found it even better. It comes in a 3 pack for the price of what I would have paid for a one GE brand carbon filter. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Better Quality than Original!
This filter was a replacement for my Broan Range hood. The Jovetic 97007696 filter has a better overall fit and looks to be a much better charcoal filter than the original Broan 97007696 filter! Will definitely purchase these as needed.

Repeat buyer, good quality hood filter
The filter needs to be replaced every 3 months. This filter fits perfectly and does the job.

It fit Perfectly.
Its almost an exact duplicate of the one that came with my hood top.It fit perfectly and does a very good job at removing grease from the air. We immediately noticed a lot less build up on the cabinets above. These filters really need to be changed every 6 months, we let the last one go for almost a year and it was doing nothing to remove grease near the end.
