Q: Can anyone that has had this bike for a year or so provide an update? How is it doing now? Thanks so much!!

We've had our bike for a little over a year and are still very happy with it--no complaints. As to amount of usage, my husband and I use it 6 out of 7 days each week for about an hour each. We haven't had any changes in tightness of the connections or the flywheel. Hope that helps.

Q: Will this hold up/ can you do all out sprints on this (20-30 second intervals) like a Wingate test?

Alfonso I weigh 250 lbs. and ride the machine moderately every day. It is holding up for me, but I don't do sprints on it. mechanically it is made well but the computer on it like to move through it's program on it's own.

Q: is there any adjustment in the tension?

You cannot adjust the tension of the fan, but trust me you will not need to depending on how you plan to use it. I do HIIT CARDIO on my Air bike. I try to do 4 sets of 30 second full power sprints w/ 2 minutes and 30 second rest periods in-between, but by that third set, I can barely make it past 25 seconds. Your heart will be pumping and your legs and arms will be burning. If you want serious full body cardio, try doing HIIT Cardio with the bike.

Q: Is there a cover that blocks the fan from blowing in your face?

There is no cover available to block the fan.
