My Father's Naturopath/MD put him on these while he was going through some very serious health issues. Long story short: These helped him considerably. His energy levels began to come back, as did his mental clarity, strength, etc. My Father was so sick that he literally could not get out of bed without considerable effort. These vitamins were a game changer for him. He is now doing much better. His success with these vitamins got me interested in them so I bought a bottle and began using them. I noticed results immediately. I had more energy, mental clarity, a better and healthier pulse, and an overall better out look on life. I have been taking Kpax immune daily for the last few years. (I think since March of 2016)I haven’t had a cold or flu in all of that time. On a regular day I just take one in the morning. When I feel like I’ve been exposed to something or traveling I will take up to four a day. I’m a mom and a nurse. I’m not paid to endorse it, I’m just a person that it really works for.I send it to my kids and make my DH take it as well.I agree it’s a big pill and costly. Totally worth it in my book.

First, someone else made a comment about this product changing. It's the label and bottle that has changed, but they are right that the dose on the label has changed. It used to say 4 tablets and now it's 2, but they adjusted the ingredient list accordingly. That said, I am not happy with this change. It's super confusing for someone who is already a customer.As I understand it, Dr. Jon Kaiser developed this formula, and on his website he recommends up to eight pills a day in divided doses for chronically ill folks. If you do that, I would build up VERY slowly. When I reached three pills twice a day, even with building up slowly, I got a racing heart and high BP. I think it's best to keep the dosage within the normal range unless you a directly working with a doctor on this.Also, for CFS or MCAS folks, read the fillers carefully. There are quite a few and some of us are sensitive to them. I wish companies would be more mindful of this.

The new owners have cut the individual ingredients by 50%, and the recommended dosage also by half. I will start looking for another mitochondrial option.

This product makes a positive difference in how I feel. The only thing I don’t like about it is the high amount of B6.

If you are a long time user of this product know that they have changed the actual product!!! The pills are totally different even though the listed ingredients are the same…..hmm. They have a terrible taste and you get orange dust all over your fingers. I’m changing to other product(s).

I was taking another prescription multi vitamin, as prescribed by my health provider. It is a very good multivitamin, and in liquid form, but I have hashimoto's disease and it did not give me the results that I and my physician wanted. She started me on the K-PAX and it has helped my blood work tremendously. Also, it is easier for traveling than the the refrigerated multivitamin.
