Transmission Oil Pan and Drain Plug Replacement for Ford F-150 Explorer Crown Victoria E-150 E-250 Mercury Grand Marquis Lincoln Town Car Mark LT

The pan isn't as thick of metal as the original one from Ford, but it will be just fine.It fit perfectly and the bolt pattern was the same as the original. As noted with anotherreviewer the corner of the pan was bent and the threads had the power coating on it.Before I installed this I re-chased the threads on the new pan and straightened thecorner of the pan too. Installation was a breeze on my 2005 4X4 Ford F150 with theTriton 5.4 3v engine. I replaced the oil pan plug with the Fumoto Valve to have thebest of both worlds.

The previous owner of my 2000 F150 reshaped the transmission pan with a very large rock.This was a direct bolt on and seems to be a perfectly acceptable replacement for the OEM pan.
