I bought this steamer because I needed one and it was inexpensive compared to other and it has good reviews. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect to be honest but I was pleasantly surprised! The instructions about the amount of water you have to put are not exactly clear but I read in a review that someone burned herself because it put too much water, so I went with a small amount to be sure. I put water in the cup till the dotted line and that's where I used, even if the dotted line was all crooked.Honestly, for the price, it works very well! You put the amount of water, wait 20 seconds and you have your steam! It feels nice in the face and helped me to open my pores :) didn't have any problem setting it up or using it. Shipping was also flawless, got everything quick and product was intact.It's definitely worth it!

Facials at home whenever I need it. No more spending $60+. Easy to use, heats up quickly. Doesnt take up much space. NOTE: Use purified water! Did a budget at home facial with my daughter (clean, facial scrub/exfoliate, STEAM, mud mask with cucumbers for the eyes, moisturize). My face feels amazing!!!! And everything was under $40...products still left for more facials..yay!

The steamer works well; steam is produced in less than a minute; however, boiling water splashes out even though the water level is only half full, which is dangerous.

My teen daughter had been asking for a facial steamer bc she's a teen and obsessed with skin care. I bought her this one thinking it would use it a few times and put in her closet. To my surprise. she uses it very often and so do I.. It makes my skin feel softer and I find we have less breakouts. Its also great for when you're congested. A little steam goes a long way.. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Honestly my first time trying a facial steamer. I wanted a low cost option and I'm really happy with this. Does exactly what it says. I use this it to open my pores before I do an at home facial and then before I put on my face cream I use for acne to help the product absorb better lol if that's even a real thing. May be placebo effect but I def see a difference. This steamer can also be used if you're sick and feel congested!. Will often you right up! This facial steamer worked great for the first 6 months, after which time the steamer top got detached and would not click into place. Now all the water drains from the bottom when you try to refill. Good while it lasted, although not long term reliable quality.

I love this steamer! Only problem is, my son loves it too. I may have to buy another but I’m ok with that. It is very easy to use and the steam is always a consistent stream.
