Q: There are conflicting reviews on this product page and some contradict amazon’s description...is this a new dell ha130pm130 oem charger?

This is probably not OEM, but passed off as if it is. Mine stopped working within three months, computer was saying it could not determine AC power type. Seems to be hit or miss

Should be fine. Where you get into trouble is when you try to use a power supply that's rated lower than the device draws. That can cause a fire. If anything this way it will run cooler.

Q: Will this work with Vostro 7510?

This charger has the 4.5mm Slim power connector tip, but it comes with an adapter pigtail with a female 4.5mm connection on one end, and the older 6mm Dell male power connector on the other end, so this will work with the older Vostros, too. I have TWO Vostro laptops, one with each of these connectors, and I have successfully used this power cord on BOTH of my computers. I can assure you that this Genuine Dell power cord will work well for you. (I like that this is a higer wattage power cord, too than what my older Vostro came with. Remember that for a laptop, this cord does not power the computer, it just charges and re-charges the BATTERY that powers your laptop. My older Vostro came with a 65w power cord and this one is 130w, the same as my original power cord that came with my newer Vostro. It doesn't make any difference. And, this power supply is MUCH SMALLER than the Dell cord that came with my new Vostro. So, I like this one even BETTER.
