There's no internal frame. Works well when full, but can be a bit floppy half-full.

Will this bag fit under an airplane seat in front you?

It really depends on the airplane and the amount of legroom, as well as your height. I was able to on some flights but I am petite and don’t require as much legroom. It’s not necessarily comfortable, but not impossible. It will NOT count as a “personal item”. You will be charged for a carry on item.
