It fits in tight and is sturdy. My only complaint is that the instructions told me to use the wrong pieces for my 2016 Crosstrek. There are 2 different size pieces for 2 different parts that are sent and you use whichever matches your year of Crosstrek. I followed the instructions per my year, but ended up needing the other pieces. It was a struggle but very worth it. My dog hates car rides and absolutely has to be in the back with no means of escaping to the front. A metal grate barrier with no large gaps was my only option and this is perfect

Looks like it could be a great product, but I am unable to install it with the hardware that came in the kit. The 60mm screws necessary to complete Step 1 of the install are not 60mm. They are not long enough to fit through the angled sleeve on the cage body. The result is no thread on the other side to connect the next part. Probably just a mistake that is easily fixed.I have have left a voicemail with my issue and contact info. I also sent an email through the company contact me page with all the relevant info. So far, I've had no return contact from Travall.I will be returning the product and will have to find a suitable replacement. Bummer.Update: Took 4 days, but I finally got a hold of a live rep at Travall (in the UK). Told her what my issue was and she assured me that she would get the correct hardware sent out. That was 10 days ago and still nothing. In the meantime I purchased some M6 bolts on my own dime and made them work. The installed product fits great and does what it is designed to do. I am not thrilled I that had to spend more money to get inferior parts to make it work, but it is in.

This dog barrier is excellent! It fits our 2018 Crosstrek perfectly. The fit is so tight, in fact, that it barely needs the tie-down to the cargo net hooks you see in the pictures. The only downside we found was that two of the bolts shown on the parts list as being 60mm long were a good 15mm too short. Luckily they’re standard M6 bolts, and we replaced them with ones we bought at the hardware store for a few dollars. Otherwise, it’s great!

The installation guide was very tricky and caused me to scratch a part of my vehicle… however, it’s a very sturdy product! I highly recommend if you have dogs that try to escape into the front seat.

I have a 2024 Crosstrek. For how expensive this product is I was expecting a perfect fit. I had to use part B instead of part E and it keeps sliding down and sitting on my seatbelt so I can't function properly. Also can't lock my seats in place.Probably works great for other years, but for the 2024 it needs improving. Will be returning. And they are charging me $30 shipping to return!Very disappointed.

This fits perfectly in our new suburu. Keeps our dog from messing up the front part of the car when we take him out to the part. Recommend buying it.

This makes it possible to take my pets with me safely .

Does not fit 2016 crosstrek. None of the part configurations provided work. I paid 75 dollars to ship this product too.
