I started taking this to support my thyroid function. I was pleased with the energy level that I noticed increasing and the all around better well being. The crazy thing that I thought at first must be my imagination- I swear my hair color started coming back. My hair stylist wanted to know when I started coloring my hair again.( I had used henna a couple of years ago as a lark, and it was a fiasco. ) Realizing if she noticed I must be on to something, I looked it up on the Internet can natural hair color come back -and the answer was a connection between tyrosine and hair color. Yes it works, but if you have high blood pressure proceed with caution. My blood pressure was elevated at my doctors office. It was 190/99 heart rate 124. My doctor told me to stop taking it immediately. This amino acid could elevate blood pressure in some people.

I am taking this product along with vitamin B6, as many people do to improve their mood. This combination definitely seems to be doing the job. My overall daily outlook is much more positive, and I am beginning to realize how nice it is to be cheerful again. Life's daily tasks no longer seem like overwhelming chores, and people no longer seem to be suspect.
