The raw material is 100% kosher Tilapia fish. Farm raised in purified water, non GMO, kosher supervised. These are fully traceable. Marine collagen made from wild-caught fish can be contaminated with heavy metals.

Thank you for your answer. Subsequent to my question I looked on CustomCollagen website, and indeed they say it is manufactured in China, adding that the process is strictly controlled and monitored. Although I am reluctant to purchase supplements manufactured outside of U.S. and EU, Custom Collagen is to be commended for their factual description, which inspires trust in the product.
