French White Truffle Oil - 1.7oz

I purchased this bottle recently after searching for authentic truffle oil. I thought I landed on what I was looking for; unfortunately no. Upon opening this bottle the truffle oil scent is super weak, much less pungent than what I expected. I drizzled some over my plain popcorn and couldn't. taste. a. damn. thing.*I should've carefully examined this bottle as it says: "Oil flavored" black truffles, and the indigents are listed as: "Olive-oil, French black truffle 'aroma" - this is synthetic. Also AVOID: bottles labeled: "Truffle Essence” or “Truffle Aroma”.*Save your money and splurge for a bottle that mentions "“infused with truffles” on the label to ensure you are getting authentic truffle oil.

This is an overpriced really bad truffle oil imitation. For a one ounce bottle, it is very expensive and it is basically olive oil. The ingredients are "olive oil, Italian white truffle aroma." However, not only does it not have a truffle aroma, it does not have the taste. I basically emptied the bottle into a bottle of real truffle oil to give it that aroma and taste I was expecting. Do not waste your money on this.
