Motherwort is amazing for relaxing and for a woman's monthly symptoms. Its great right before bed time. My cramps would disappear after this tea and it has a sweet taste to it compared to green tea. Love it!!!

There's nothing on Earth that can make this tea taste good. It completely cleared up several cardiac issues I was having though. And I believe it has a mild antidepressant effect. No conventional medicine, just motherwort.
