Done this have a c wire connection?

There are four wire connections that must be made. I hired an electrician., but I had other electrical work to be done too.

If I recall correctly; it is a 3-wire; had 3 different colors---red, green and I think yellow; I didn't know how to install, so I took a chance and bought it and then choose the Amazon option to have one of their professionals to install. The contractor arrived promptly as scheduled; knew what he was doing; was happy to answer my questions; he was courteous and completed the installation in a timely manner. For me the extra cost for the installation was well worth it since I had no knowledge of how to install. I am very satisfied with the product and have not encountered any problems.

Does it work with a boiler heating system?

It will work with any low voltage two wire (red - white) system.
