A variety of activities
This is a great refresher of 3rd grade and easy transition into 4th grade level. The activities varied from reading and comprehension, math, projects, critical thinking and reasoning and some physical activities. My son is ready for 4th grade!

Summer Bridge Summer workbooks
This is a really great tool and resource for kids to have during the summer and even to use throughout the school year. I love summer bridge and how they really help kids connect their previous grade level to the grade level they are entering into to. It’s so helpful to have. I purchase a book every year.

Great workbook to keep kiddos brains active over summer break!
We love the summer bridge books! They are so easy to use and I love that they are broken out by day. They only take around 15 minutes to complete each day so my kids don’t fight me to do them. It’s just enough to keep their brain active during the summer!

Great practice workbook to keep young minds thinking
Great workbook for the summer for my accelerated upcoming 3rd grader. Takes him 15-30 minutes depending on the material and keeps his mind sharp. I also have him journal or write a little story so he can keep up with his writing and spelling. Only gripe I have is that the binding of the workbook can be better. Pages keeps falling out.

Great for keeping the kids busy in the summer however, some of the content is a little above his age

Pages missing and duplicated
I’ve been buying these books for my kids for the past 2 years now and would definitely recommend it! Love the standard and quality of the activities and my kids love it too. But this time the 3rd-4th grade book had the Content- Day 2 pages missing, then the Days 3-10 duplicated (all in section 1). Minor inconvenience, would definitely buy again and recommend but just wanted to put it out there in case someone else had a similar defective copy. I did give the seller feedback also.

Great refresher for kids during the summer!
We buy these workbooks every year for my kids to get a refresher and prepare for the next school year. There are plenty of sheets to keep them busy all summer long. My daughter enjoys doing them so it’s a win!

Good review and prep book, but more traditional than fun
I think that this book helped my soon-to-be 4th grader better prepared for the start of school. I also bought him the "Summer Brain Quest" (more social sciences and critical thinking focused). Of the two, he definitely preferred the other book, though I think this book might have done a better job of preparing him for 4th grade. The other one did a better job of making him a well-rounded person, since it is a bit more non-traditional, outside of the box, and just overall more fun (great stickers and a map to plan your learning activities and track progress). This one has little star stickers to mark completed lessons, but that's really about it. I also bought the K-1st grade books in both series. They were pretty much identical, just at a different grade level. So, what will I purchase next summer? Probably both sets again. They each fill different niches. They both seem to have helped the kids in their classes this year. But if I had to choose one or the other, it would depend on my goal. If I wanted the kids to do better on standardized tests, then these Summer Bridge Activities series would be better. If I wanted them to be original thinkers who are better able to handle real-world learning, then I would go with the Summer Brain Quest books. So, I personally would buy the other book if I was only going to buy one of the series. But, that does not diminish the value of these books, and I will probably buy both again.
