I assume I have a fairly weak immune system as I suffer from outbreaks of cold sores on a regular basis and, touch wood, I haven't had an outbreak since using these so it looks like they are doing what they were intended to do and I will carry on taking them. The pills are around the same size as others I have used in the past but you have to take 2 a day rather than one. I imagine this is because they have a lot packed into them. My wife says they smell strong but you hardly notice it and because I take them with food you don't notice the taste either. Review: Price?! - Bought these in March for 8 quid and now they are Β£30+ that's awful Really disappointed as these are a great product.
