can you enlarge copies with this printer?

You can use resize to fit to enlarge a small photo to fit within the printable area of a full size page. Load original, press the Size button to select Resize to Fit. From page 26 of the user manual. That is the only enlargement option I can see in the manual.

How can I get remaufactured ink cartridges to work in my HP 1510 printer

Remanufactured HP 61 cartridges are available at HP Store. Search for HP 61.
