I do not know if it is vegan but it is free of gluten, yeast, milk, eggs, soy, nuts, fish/shellfish. Ingredients: beating HCI, stinging nettle tops, horsetail (whole herb), spirulina. Other ingredients: natural mineral or vegetable source cellulose, stearin acid, modified cellulose gum, silica. Coating is vegetable food glaze (hydrooxypropl) cellulose, pharmaceutical glaze. Rainbow light calls it "food-based calcium" but they don't say where the calcium comes from on the container or their website. anyone know?

That's a good question. I know its all organic for sure. I would contact a health food store and ask one of them. Hope this helps

Can anyone show the size of the pill?

This site won't let me post a photo of the size of this vitamin. It is a large vitamin, but I swallow 3 of this size supplement daily. You could cut it in half with an inexpensive pill cutter. I can take this vitamin without food; it does not upset my stomach. This is a high quality vitamin; i would definitely recommend it.
