I was worried that this semolina might be too coarse but it isn’t atall. Perfect for cake recipes calling for semolina, and of course pudding too! A good buy.

Great for pizzas
I've been using this to sprinkle on the base of pizzas to avoid them sticking and it works really, really well

I use this product for my roast potatoes, light coating after par boiling and it works a charm, helps to make perfect roasties extra crispy on the outside and soft in the middle without over cooking

The semolina is 'EXTRA FINE' NOT EXTRA COARSE.

Product damage
The product was delivered damaged and had a hole in it causing a mess and since i was going to use it for food I did not feel comfortable using it due to potential contamination and on top of all of this the item was ineligible for a refund.
