Podoy Fuel Filter for compatible with Stihl Poulan Husqvarna Zama ZF-1 ZF1 Chainsaw Trimmer Fits 1/8" ID Fuel Line（Pack of 10）

These fuel filters are very easy to install. In my 4 cycle trimmer I just had to fish out the fuel line and insert this fuel filter into the end of the line. The trimmer's previous owner had not taken good care of this and I think that the carb was fouled as there was no filter installed on it by the time I received it. I put a new carb on it and this filter to help hopefully keep it running well for years to come. The filter has a small weight built into the end, so it should always stay down into the fuel while you are moving around.

Thought they would be larger. Hope this helps someone.

The ones I received are half the size of the original filters in our Stihl trimmers, chain saw and blower. I tried one in a string trimmer, but the engine would stall when I let off the fuel. Put the old filter back in. Now that I have them, I'll try them again, but these do not match original Stihl filters.

Used this fuel filter as part of fuel system rebuild of a McCulloch 3818 chain saw. It has worked well since.

These things are HEAVY for what they are. At first I was disappointed about that, seeing that I was going to use them for breather filters on dirt bikes, but for their application, they SHOULD be heavy (as fuel filters that need to swing around and find the bottom of a tank on a moving piece of equipment - chainsaw, weedeater, etc.). Seem pretty high quality too, especially given the price (these probably sell for $5 EACH at repair shops!)

These filters are used in the engines (gas tanks) of smaller handheld landscaping equipment -- string trimmers, hedge trimmers. etc. The ones offered here appear to be sufficient quality-wise. I see no difference versus the OEM filters I'm replacing. And of course, the pricing is excellent. While sold to replace filters used with Zama carbs, they are actually attached to the ends of fuel pick-up lines immersed in the gas tanks. As such, proper fitment depends upon fuel line inside diameter and not so much upon carb manufacturer. (But I'm sure you knew all this already.) Note that this item comes from China, so shipping tie is slow. Don't buy if you have an immediate need.
