I buy this kettle for years
I like the design. The lid is easy to open and opens 90 degrees. It lasts quick long. I tried different makers and this one is miles the best for me.

this must be the noisiest kettle ever made
the appearance of the kettle is ok. however the noise when boiling is unbearable. it starts off like machine gun fire leading into a high powered jet engine, I have been waiting for it to explode. it is impossible to hold a conversation or listen to the radio when boiling. I could not recommend anyone buying it and would send it back if it wasn't so much trouble. The base is also a bit wobbly.
