My mother in law loved my potato wedges so much she asked for my recipe! Granted I do add grayed parmesan and cayenne, but this seasoning makes TASTY baked potatoes wedges

I used to buy this in the grocery store but I can’t find it anywhere now except Amazon. My whole family likes it.

This is an amazing way to make broadter potatoes in the oven. Guests like them so much I'm always jumping on the Amazon site and ordering some for them.

There's enough in each little packet to make many servings of roasted potatoes. Spices are terrific - not too spicy - you could add some chili powder to tick up a notch, or mix some liquid heat into the oil before mixing in the spices. When it says to use 1 TABLESPOON, that's what you should do ... don't want to overpower the potatoes. I add a little paprika to help the potatoes brown nicely.

I love this roasted potato seasoning and have been using it for many years. I was very happy to find it on Amazon during Covid-19 when we were not able to go into grocery stores.

I followed the exact instructions on the package. Made the mistake of not tasting it first. It was so salty that we could not even eat it. Waste of money and it ruined the potatoes. I have purchased other products from this manufacturer, but they dropped the ball on this one.
