I took this to the beach with my husband. My son has a full face snorkel and I've been meaning to get one to wear with him. Having one has helped him be a whole lot more comfortable in the water, but this review isn't about that. I can compare the air intakes between the two models, however. My son's mask is a few years old, and the air intake is definitely improved in mine. We had some waves at the beach and I had no issues with water seeping into the breathing tube.I did have a problem with leaking around my face. I adjusted it as best I could, but there was an area near my left eye that would not form a seal. My husband did not have this problem, so I think I just haven't figured out my exact settings yet.Overall, this is a great product. I felt very comfortable being in waves and not worrying about coming up after a wave and possibly getting slammed by another wave when I'm wiping my eyes. I look forward to taking it to a spring, somewhere with clear water where I could actually see stuff!

This was a blast at the beach for my daughter. She loved swimming and not getting her face wet. A real confidence builder. The seal is tight, so long as you get the right size. XS for kids, s/m for women and l/xl for bigger men. Got some of these for the whole family. We loved them.

Avid snorkeler and wanted to try this new mask, seemed perfect. Got it in, tried it on and I could not even breathe in it. I felt as though I was suffocating and unable to get enough oxygen and only breathing my own CO2. It went back.

Took me a couple tries to get a seal. It’s super comfy. It’s easy to breathe in. I strongly recommend this product.Will have my nephew and parents try it out - we might get one for everyone for our cruise.

The kids size is too big for small kids, like under age 10. It's probably appropriate for age 10-14. I purchased one kid size and one adult size. On one hand I feel like this is the greatest thing ever - one piece, no fooling w/ mask and snorkel tube. Somehow water never gets in the mask, and it doesn't fog up. Perfect right? Well, except for it feels like you're breathing through a blanket. I'm not sure what's worse - easy breathing of the traditional snorkel tube, but needing to blow water out, or the feeling of being slowly suffocated by re-breathing my exhale. Also it's pretty much impossible to talk to someone without taking off the mask.

We always rent these when we go to Hawaii figured it was time to have our own. Well Corona changed that idea, so the pool was the closest place to test this guy out!

Snorkel worked great on initial use. Kids 14 and under I would say use size small. 14 and up use a Large. Lots of pressure on deeper dives. great for surface and 10-15 depth

Works great but you can't dive to far because of the suction against your face. It's a lot of pressure for a kid. It's fine if you don't dive to far.
