I got this lock about two weeks back and the delivery speed was fast. At first, my biggest issue was the length of the chain until this week when the lock got stuck and I couldn't use my scooter. I called a locksmith and they wanted to charge me at least 80 bucks so I hit the lock on the concrete a bunch of times (out of fury) and lo and behold, it came open. I however cannot use it now because no matter what I try (have had about 5 other people try), I cannot get it to work again. The upside is that the chain is durable; I'm using it in combination with a keeper LS kryptonite U-Lock, which also adds on the length and eliminates the need for a pad-lock.

Strong chain
Very good, heavy chain. It would take a while to cut through this sucker. I feel confident when tethering my bike in public. I do wish it was longer though. One link shorter and it would be absolutely worthless.

A VERY frustrating lock - do NOT buy
The lock does NOT work. Before purchasing, PLEASE read what myself and others are saying. The lock does NOT work. I thought this chain would be a great way to keep my scooter or bike safe, but instead it has kept ME from accessing my scooter. It is very hard to get the key to work, and to get my scooter unlocked I have to spend 10-15 minutes messing with the lock and key. I have submitted for a refund, and will return to update my review depending on the process.EDIT: The seller appears to stand by their product, and has fully solved this issue with a refund. I am moving my rating from 1 star to 2 stars for their willingness to solve the issue. Perhaps I got one of the duds, but purely based on the product I received, it was not a good lock. Glad the seller did the right thing though. This is how successful businesses are run.
