I think they are working. they should add more breast enalarging herbal extracts to this. The packages are very strong. hard to peel them. I usually cut with scissors. The size of the patches too small. They should make them large enough to cover most of the breast. They slide of during night,fluid runs out. may be they should make the edges a little sticky.
