TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan, Nonstick Double Sided Folding Egg Pan, Made in Korea (PFOA Free) (Black)

I’ve gone through about eight inexpensive HomeGoods pans over the past 2–3 years, using them exclusively to cook egg whites (I have an egg yolk allergy). Finding a pan where egg whites don’t stick has been surprisingly difficult—likely because there’s little to no fat involved. I’ve tried multiple pans along with different oils and sprays, and nothing worked consistently—until this one. This pan is outstanding. The egg whites didn’t stick at all, not even slightly, and cleanup was effortless (see photo of pan after cooking/before washing)—the surface wiped clean instantly. It’s absolutely worth spending a bit more compared to a discount store option. In the long run, it saves both time and money. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

I’ve really enjoyed using this TECHEF Frittata and Omelets Pan. The nonstick surface works beautifully—my omelets came out light, fluffy, and slid right out of the pan without any fuss. It’s also held up well in the dishwasher, which is a big plus for convenience. For the price, it’s a great value. The quality feels solid, and it performs like a much more expensive pan. My only minor complaint is that the pan needs to be closed quickly to seal properly, which creates a loud slamming noise. It startled my husband the first time I used it! Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who loves making omelets or frittatas at home. Just be mindful of the closing mechanism.

This makes very good, fluffy omelettes! It is very sturdy and has been a big hit with my family and friends. We even had a omelettes in this pan for lunch and dinner. The only thing I recommend is a slight design to keep the eggs inside when flipping it. Not enough of an issue where I will not have in my kitchen though. When flipping it over, I put it over the trash and flip, then back on the stove. Still amazing omelettes!

For the money I was expecting better quality. It works technically but I could have any other brand and got the same results.

This pan is amazing! I will never go back to making omlets in a regular pan. Eggs were cooked perfectly! Plus it has a lifetime warranty.

Not sure why there were negative comments. This pan works perfectly fine. The gaps are there to let steam out and if you turn it before the top is firm, then I guess you don't belong in the kitchen.

Large enough to make enough for 2 omelets. I cut mine in 2 and save it for next day . Pan is deep . Seems to be made well enough ( it feels heavy enough ..not cheap )for good heat distribution . Its pricy but Seems like a quality product. Good non stick ..but I do spray it anyways. Easy to turn over and cook omelets or whatever your cooking to your desired likeness. Great pan !
