Sun Umbrella Golf Big Size UV Protective Long & Non-Foldable

Well, I have been a devoted buyer of sun umbrellas & I will start by saying that i aleady have 2 umbrellas of the same make that i purchased like 4 years back which are still going strong & sturdy without any trace of corrosion , any ribs or handle or handle button broken & believe me i have been rough on use quite a few times. Tried some other brands too but each one had its own shortcomings, something or the other was always missing. Anyways , lets discuss the pros & cons on per piece basis for this new model of umbrella that i purchased. 🔅 A Preview to Purchase : ********************************* I recently got transferred to a region where sudden rains & the next moment sunshine is a common phenomenon & being often caught up with my family in similar situations , I needed an umbrella big enough in span to positively save at least two grown ups & a kid from getting wet in rains or heat from sun. Furthermore needed something rigid enough to endure strong winds too, in case of high winds with rains. So with previous positive experience decided to move along with same brand umbrellas again. 🔅Purpose was to keep it always with me mostly in my car , in case i get stuck in rains with family or friends. 👍🏻 Construction & Materials : ********************************* Now this is a forte of this brand with assured use of premium materials. 🔹Size : This is a Golf size product with end to end canopy span of the umbrella is around 4.3 feet & the total length of umbrella is 3.25 feet. This umbrella has no folds & weighs around 750 grams. 🔹Fabric : The fabric feels very premium quality with a sturdy thickness to it ( looks like nylon fabric ) which seems built to withstand any environment aggression & not some delicate light weight polyester fabric. The fabric comes with UV protection as well , as in most reputed brands. 🔹Stitching : The stitching over the fabric is flawless with no loose or damaged thread visible anywhere. Even the bonding knots between ribs & fabric is just perfect. 🔹Ribs, Shaft & stretcher : All these come with a super sturdy & rustproof, Fibre reinforced plastic design which is known to firmly withstand any stormy weather conditions , much better than steel ribs which often corrode & break. Same is the case with the construction of stretchers & shaft.One can immidiately asess the quality of ribs from attached product snaps. 🔹The handle & release button again is built with elegance & adds to the premium feel.The grip is strong & comfortable. 🔹The ribs end tips & upper end pointed tip has a nice insulated covering to prevent any sharp edges & avoid any lightening strikes. 👍🏻Nothing gives a feel short of anything but premium. 👍🏻 Cost : ************* I received the product at a price of 975 bucks which in my opinion is very reasonable , given the premium built & mechanical integrity.Use of premium Fibreglass material for shaft, ribs etc. Slightly adds up to the price but worth it. Even cheap small span aftermarket steel umbrellas with light polyester fabric cost 400 to 600 bucks. Scope of Improvement: ******************************** 🔹 The product description & tag must clearly mention the variety of fabric used. 🔹The outer periphery of the fabric can include some reflective strips to enhance visibilty from a safe distance in low light condtions . ♻️ Final Verdict : ********************* I have been using it for past 10 days & it can easily accomodate two people working flawlessly. 🔅So all in all , i am highly impressed with the built quality & product finish and would highly recommend it.

Product is good and sufficient for 2 people's. But handle is not upto mark. Peel off coating from handle within a week.

Good & sturdy but little heavy to carry

Is good, big size suitable for 2 persons. Is a bit heavy , good protection from rain, used it 2 times totally till now.

I ordered three sizes of umbrellas, one with two fold, one fold and this large one. Looks like this is the best among the three for build. The finish of the stick/rod isn't top and the handle won't be able to hold the sticks around the handle together like regular old style umbrellas. Except for that detail, rest is all good and the umbrella looks sturdy. and a bit heavy too. The plastic of the tip looks brittle, not soft rubber kind. The handle is great in my opinion, and the open button is really old fashioned, and ought to last very long, since it's mechanical button instead of the soft touch ones on the newer models. Closure is manually pulling down. Pressing the button opens with a proper click, as does the locking at closure. The frame is built very sturdy with springs properly holding tight. Fabric is usual, and I'd say par for the course.. end of the day you cannot be careless about the fabric because that's one thing you cannot expect the manufacturer to help you with. Recommend buying if you are looking for a good umbrella without too much shine quotient, but functionality.

A very good sturdy umbrella. This brand can never go wrong.

The umbrella is good in size but has poor engineering. The plastic handle is too slippy and does not have rubber grip. There are very tiny holes in stitched section of umbrella which leaks on moderate to heavy rain. you will not get completely wet but you will get irritated.
