Ok so I was really excited for the price and the reviews/ unfortunately I was missing a couple of washers maybe and a specific screw to make the board stay in one spot. Emailed the company and never heard back. Not okay with me. The whiteboard itself is great! Nice and large. Wish I was given all the pieces and wish they contacted me back.Update: customer service contacted me and will be sending the part and free pins for missing my first email! Love great customer service.

In theory these are nice boards unfortunately the QC process seems to be lacking. I had to order (3) of these before I got one that was not damaged. Shipping box was in perfect condition but boards had large creases in the white board material that made them completely unacceptable. Needed to order 150 units. Glad I tried a few first before placing an order that large. If this is for a professional environment order more than you need because you have less than 50% chance of getting a good one.

This white board is usable, but pretty cheaply constructed. The surface appears to be a heavy sticker (cheaper laminate) and has buckled on one side of each of the two boards I purchased. I guess you tend to get what you pay for...usually.

Hard to use

Arrived quickly; packaging in tact, but one side of the whiteboard has a wrinkle running the height of the board and the other side has a minor flaw as well. The wrinkle looks like a manufacturing issue. I really need the board replaced as it looks bad and is not a smooth surface to write on and will be used at my business place.
