Good Customer service
The product looks great. The only problem was with the key latch. I guess with the vibration from my Harley RG it would pop loose and open the pack up. However, I emailed the sellers and they were very prompt in their answer. They are sorry and they have mailed a replacement to me. That made me feel good. I will let ya know how this replacement works out.
