I just open the box ,charge the blender to fill start to use it I get nothing from it.i need a refund to my credit card

Don't waste your money only to be disappointed!!!
This is extremely difficult to use, I'm guessing maybe mine has a defect or something. It is also not very powerful. It doesnt seem to stay charged. I reviewed products for a week before I decided on this one based on previous reviews. Im very disappointed in this purchase. And I'm not returning it because there is a fee for over $7. I will be taking the loss, and use it for a drinking glass at least, a very expensive one. Not happy.
