Great vinegar substitute
If you are going any medieval cooking, this is a necessary product. Used like we would use vinegar or citrus, it elevates the recipes and subtly changes the flavor.Next time you make chicken a Lagrange, add a couple tablespoons of this and see just what depth it adds to thr flavor of your sauce!

Scum
It persistently gets a grey scum at the top, I’ve tried draining it and filtering through a coffee filter into a sterilized jar but the scum comes back stronger than ever. I had to toss it.

It is really wonderful with abit of olive oil
I first saw this juice on an Australian Cooking show featured as part of a salad dressing and ordered it online as I could not find it in my local gourmet food shops! It is really wonderful with abit of olive oil, alt and fresh ground black pepper for any green salad. It is actually delicious to drink as well and if you do not want to use wine in a recipe you can substitute this juice and still get great flavour!

Liked it very much. Find no mention of Sulfites
Very crisp, balanced verjuice. Very “French”, contains (according to carefully read labels only 100% green grapes juice. After I read the 1-star note from K. Smith, I re-read carefully every lettter on the bottle and still found no mention of sulfites. Strange. I am also very sensitive to sulfites, so I was concerned.Would very much appreciate if a manufacturer clear this up.

A bit pricey but nice
It’s expensive for what you get but flavor is nice.

I'm not sure if it's any better than others I have tried
very very strong vinegar flavor. I'm not sure if it's any better than others I have tried. It was OK.

Contains Sulphates
When I ordered this, I was told that it had no sulfates (I'm sulfate sensitive), but when I checked the bottle, it's labeled on the back that it has sulfates.
