Black Truffle Oil – 1.7 OZ – Extra Virgin Pure Olive Oil Cold Pressed – Vegan, Non-GMO, No MSG

This item is great even though it is mixed with this oil. truffle is an acquired taste. If you eat many French cuisines, you will know what I mean. It is strong in flavor (alone) and when I purchased truffles in the past, I purchased it 100% truffles (small container) and it lasted me several months because it does not take a lot and the scent lasted a LONG TIME in my house (lol). I mixed the 100% truffles in an olive oil container and it was great - even on salads. I use this one the same way and it is great. It does have that truffle flavor - moderate strength (taste and smell).

My whole family loves truffle anything. We spent 3 weeks in Italy in 1917 and ate copious amounts of truffled pasta. I bought jars of truffle pesto and nearly cried when they were confiscated at the airport in Rome. I have purchased small bottles of white truffle oil at a local spice shop, but I now prefer the authentic flavor of this product.

Very light in taste but like the texture of the oil
