The Women's 9-10 would probably be your best bet. It is better to have an insole that is a little too long and properly cradles your heel than one which is too short and narrow. Based on my use of these inserts for the past ten years, they take up an additional 1/2 a shoe size. If your normal shoe size is let say 10, go up to a 10 1/2 for the use of these insoles.

A women's size 11 will be a men's size 10. These are unisex, so there is no difference in width. You will need a women's 11-12 which is also a men's 10-11. They can be trimmed to accommodate the lower size.

I have never tried superfeet green, but I have tried spenco polysorb as well as the doctor scholls active series. This is something that you may have to experiment with and try different insoles. You are already better off by replacing the stock insoles that come with the shoes. Not everyone has the same foot or the same foot issues, so this will be a choice that is highly individualistic. Something that works for me, might not work for someone else.
