US College & University Reference Map: Over 1400 top colleges in the US and Canada 5th edition Map – January 1, 2014

I have a 10th grader & an 8th grader at home. I put it up on the stairs with a sign that says, "Where do you think you're going?" There are colored push pins for the kids to put next to the colleges they like. I want them to be thinking about college every day on their way to school.My only issue was a newer college my son likes, Cal State Monterey Bay, is omitted.

We bought this map while doing college visits of the south and it was super helpful. We actually stopped by a few we didn't know about because of the convenience of the map, loved it!

I really like this map. As an international careers counsellor the map provides me with a wealth of information. At a snapshot, I can establish the location, size, demographic, public or private etc. of each major institution in the US. It's on my wall as a constant reference.

I found this to be a very unique type of map! For anyone who wants to know where colleges and universities are at a glance, this map is perfect for them! I gave this to my son and he was very glad to have it!

I bought this map to help plan a college trip but it is actually great to have for your student to be able to hang it up on the wall as he/she plans out the schools that he would like to apply to.

At my charter school with several first generation college bound students, I have used the map to show the whole student body just how broadly this senior class has looked. Color-coded pins indicate applications and acceptances.

This is a great tool to see where all colleges and universities are located relative to each other and home.
