Great for travel or Home Use
These are a MUST for travel or home storage. My husband and I went to Arizona for a week and decided to try to carry on due to the cost of checking a bag. We were each able to take a carry on and had enough for the week. I know it sounds impossible to compress clothes that much, but you really can. you need to follow the instructions and roll the bags. I never had any problems with any of them sealing, squeeze the sealer when you move it across or just go over it with your fingers and do not block the area where the air escapes. There were plenty in the kit as we had several, mostly the larger size ones, left over so I feel they were a great value for the money. I had no issue with them smelling funny- I also slip in a dryer sheet, so my clothes smell fresh when i unpack them. I felt the quality was better that some others I had used in the past, they are a good thickness. I would CAUTION - I have used them in checked luggage and you need to determine your purpose for using them - if it is to make room for more bulkier item which I have done - you will most likely be okay -but they do compress so well and you can get so much more in I have been over on the weight limit once because so much fit. I also use these at home for out of season bulky items such as sweaters.

Great for traveling abroad
I got these for our honeymoon abroad and managed to fit 9+ days worth of clothes, toiletries, AND a wedding dress into my carry on by using these bags! I'm an over-packer, so for me that was particularly impressive. I used a large one for the wedding dress and then two smaller ones for clothing. I liked how these didn't require a vacuum or air pump to use, and chose these over packing cubes because I felt like they would save a little more space. Brought some wrinkle spray and a tiny travel steam iron for wrinkles, but depending on how you pack and what you're packing, I didn't have too many wrinkles. They made it through the entire trip without issue and have continued to hold up well (I bought them 2+ years ago, but don't use them unless we're traveling for long periods of time). These bags take some trial and error to get the hang of, so I would do a test-run a day or so before the trip. The main thing is to fold everything as flat and as square as possible and pack it in the bag neatly using up the entire space. I also would tend to make it bulkier toward the seem side to give room at the air-release side as you roll up the bag. Whenever we got to a new destination, I would usually take out anything that I wanted to use that could get really wrinkled and leave it out. We moved locations every couple days, and the repacking wasn't as daunting as you might think as long as you have some practice. I would just make sure that you organize accordingly so you don't have to open up every bag that you bring all at once, but sealing it back up isn't too much of an issue. I also packed these flat as I felt that it saved more room than keeping them rolled up.

Not as easy to do as they say
So I bought these prior to a European cruise at first the directions were not clear they wanted the clothes rolled up which did nothing. My sister tried another way by laying the bags flat and then sit on them and squeezed the air out. The clips were cheap and did not stay on. The bags are heavy weight. Requires 2 people to do this correctly.

If you travel you need this
Let me tell you, if you have someone that likes to buy t-shirt or other clothes as souvenirs, you need this. My wife loves to buy clothes as souvenirs, so on my last trip I used these compression bags and let me tell you I loved them. I was able to fit about 5 shirts and a sweatshirt, and compressed them down to about 1.5 to 2 inches in depth to fit in the suitcases no problem. Unbelievable value for the money. The zipper and seal worked great as well as the bag, since I had no issues with compressing the clothes down, thus making this very functional. No smell from the bags at all, and the bags seem to be rip resist but time will tell for that one. I highly recommend this product!

No air
These bags are perfect. I travel a lot and theses bags have made it easy. Just pack the bag, zip it close, squeeze out the air( by rolling it) , and place in luggage. Can fit more when traveling with these bags.

Excellent product that is helping me on my cruise
Very easy to use, and it’s nice to have compression bags that do not require a pump or a vacuum cleaner. I’m using them right now on a cruise and I’m very happy with them!

Must have for carry ons!
A couple of years ago, I made the mistake of not putting enough in my carry on luggage for a trip to Europe in June, and my check in my suitcase with my clothes were lost for 4 days. To never go through that Hell again, I realized that I needed to stuff as much as I could in my carry on luggages. These compression bags are great for that! They literally save 50%-66% of space in my carry on luggages. They also come with these small tools to fully close the bag once it's full. Now, I can put up to 10 pairs of underwear in my carry on, along with other essentials like shirts and shorts.
