I am enjoying this product very much. I don't remember the details stating that its water proof but the thing has gone through the wash twice and works like a charm! Highly sensitive microphone, picks up everything.

After letting it remain charging for well over full day it would display music play but nothing else... It appears flimsy and poorly made visually... I do not plan to return it... isn't worth the effort... buyers beware

mic has to be close to target and in a quiet environment/settings.

Battery life disappointing, fails to record, date will not set or stay set. Not ready for prime time.

This recorder doesn't even meet lowest quality standards. The microphone grill got snagged on my pocket and pealed right off within a day. The plastic casing feels thin and flimsy. And the operating instructions are completely unintuitive.
