Worth a few extra pounds
This is an epic piece of kit. My knee (prone to lateral movement) feels very secure in this support. I feel the hinges on the sides are possibly surplus to my needs, but it is comfortable, lighter than it looks, and is ventilated very well. The company were excellent- I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and their no-quibble response came about 10 minutes after my email asking to swap it. Not the cheapest I saw for sale, but if your knee problems are sufficiently bad for you to be looking for a support with your own money, the extra few pounds are worth it.

good sturdy support for knee
this has given my knee very good support. It is made from fairly thick material and is adjustable.

Very disappointed
Sorry but this will not be a good review. What utter crap this item is. Don't see how it helps with patella tracking AT ALL?SO TIRED OF PPL SELLING CRAP AND DEFINITELY DONT SEE HOW ITS ENDORSED BY NHS OR OTHER MEDICAL FACILITIES.

Excellent product
Very adjustable to fit properly, excellent support for my knee, giving me the confidence to go about my day. I have used many other knee supports that have been inadequate, this support is the best and very reasonably priced.

Excellent product
This item was bought for my daughter after she suffered a subluxated patella. It is of really great quality and has enabled her to return to an active job with confidence.

Helps unstable knees
Very bulky and tiresome to put on but once fitted gives a lot of knee stability and can be loosened or tightened depending on how much support is required
