Missing letter
Mine was missing the "G". Since I didn't open the pouch until a half hour before the party, I had a mad rush to make my own replacement letter in Photoshop. Either that, or my banner would read "room to be". Also, I guess I didn't read the description carefully enough, but I didn't expect to have to string all the letters on myself.
