These may be a good product, but the 1600 mg advertising is misleading. Each capsule has only 166mg resveratrol, and a serving size is 3 capsules, so that would be 500mg. To get to the 1600 number, you have to include the MCT and quercetin, and take 3 capsules. Labeling it this way makes it look better and less expensive when compared to brands that actually list the resveratrol only.
