SonyWI-C200 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with mic, up to 15h battery life - Black

I bought these only because I dropped my old pair from 2019 and a car ran them over. They actually still worked (demonstrates their durability), but the sound became too tinny for me in one ear. Prior to this, the earphones worked perfectly and have been my old reliables.The quality of the sound compared to other earphones of this type is SO good in my opinion. The bass is just right, no tin-like sound, quite a lot of external noise is blocked out and the controls are easy to use. I take them running and though the two black bits of plastic can fling around, you can just wind them around your sports bra or a vest and they stay put.Took me a while to be able to use them during a call despite scouring the manual and internet, but that problem seemed to solve itself in time!Really amazing value for money especially with how small the price is now! (First pair bought for about £60 in 2019)

I use earphones when I going to sleep to listen to podcasts etc. My last pair died slowly one earphone at a time! I bought these to replace them for £20 on Amazon Prime with next day delivery. I'm pretty impressed with the sound quality and comfort, even when lying on my side. They don't hurt your ears at all.The software tells you the current battery level when you turn them on and pairing is really simple.My only complaint is the heavy battery/volume compartments on the cable, but seeing as it runs for up to 15h I can't really complain. I'd definitely buy these again and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap set.

I bought a pair of these years ago and they were great! Good sound quality, comfortable to wear, and durable. I lost that pair and bought myself a new set. Was disapointed to see the quality has gone down. They feel cheaper and the sound quality has definitely dropped, even the voice that says "power on" and "bluetooth connected" sounds worse.

Well packaged, given as a gift. They are happy the ear buds are magnetic.

I bought this because of Sony brand name but it was a disappointment. The mic performance too bad because many complained that my voice was not clear. The battery back up very poor and it takes long time to charge. It never fits on position but always flips down. Oveall it is not at all a worthy headphone...

Sound: The sound of these earphones is fine.. clear, crisp, good volume, no problems. Nothing amazing.. just decent value for price.Battery: Good. lasts quite a long time. I didn't time it.. I suspect 15 hours is a generous estimate.. maybe more like 10.. but no complaintsEar buds: small, comfortable, and stay where they should without any fuss, block out enough outside sound to make them nice to wear in loud environmentsWires: OMG, where do I even start ? The product description says:"Free yourself: The around-the-neck design is comfortable, lightweight and keeps your headphones out of the way, so you can get on with listening in total freedom."The around-the neck design IS NOT comfortable. I've had several "around the neck " types of earphones.. they are my preference because I cycle around a lot and I wouldn't want to lose an expensive airpod. But these ones are just not good at all.I do not feel free wearing these. The wires are TOO LONG. if you sit them around your neck so that the HEAVY weights (the control, and the seemingly useless other weight on the other side) are even, the wires are SO long that they can stick out and rub against your face, tickling you, or just being annoying this is not "keeping your headphones out of the way" (see photo). Also... why are there 2 weight things? One is the controls, that's obvious. but the other? it's just extra weight. and it makes it easy for all the wire to get pulled over to one side (see photo) - this is not "lightweight" but useless double weight?The only way to keep all the extra wire from either getting all pulled to one side (if you are even moderately active), tickling your face, or to keep the weighted sides from bouncing against your body (if running for example) - is to tuck everything into your shirt. This means you can't use the controls, and the mic is covered. It's a poor design, and it means these headphones have been designated as being my "emergency backup" - since daily use is not practical or convenient.Connectivity: Well.. no problems with connecting with my phone. but my computer won't recognize, pair, connect , or anything.All and all, the length of the wire, and the sketchy connectivity make these headphones less than useful. and I will instead be using the Soundpeats brand ones that I bought here on Amazon and which are much more practical and usable.

This is my second pair of these . I bought themBecause I thought my others would be damaged after they fell into the bath. I took emOut right away but they were fully submerged for a moment . Funfact they didn’t die. These just go and go and go.My friends puppy tried toChew em,the baby pulled them and they fell into the bath , they are still working . So now I have two pairs - how bad 😂 sound is lovely and I love to walk around listening to stories or music whilst doing someWork. They connect to devices easily by Bluetooth, you need to unpair themOrTurn the Bluetooth off on the paired device before you can pair them with a different device . But that’s normal. Would recommend ! Battery lasts a long time and charges relatively quick . The buds are magnetic and connect so not to loose them when you don’t have them In your ears.

I bought these in 2021, and I am still using them in 2024. The battery life is pretty much the same as when I bought them, buttons and bluetooth still working perfectly fine, and I can 100% recommend them. Note that they aren't 100% noise cancelling, though. They're just basic bluetooth headphones, but well worth the price.
