This little quad is great in my opinion
I bought this quad to help pass the time here in the winter when I couldn't fly my drone. This little quad is great in my opinion. It flies well, and is super quick when you put it on the expert mode. The stunts are pretty cool, although you can't really perform them on your own. There is a small learning curve, so if you've never flown a quadcopter, be ready to buy extra props. But if you're experienced, this little quad will meet all your expectations. Besides, for 30 bucks, how can you go wrong? I have three of them and love annoying my wife with them. Sounds like a swarm of angry mosquitoes. But very fun for the adventurous pilot.

So far a great product for the money!
Bought one of these for my 16 year old as a Christmas gift and so far he loves it. It has super-bright LEDs that identify front/back, which is very helpful. Tilts to go forward/backward, and spins. It's really small - fits easily into the palm of your hand, but seems to be well-built. Comes with spare rotors, which we haven't needed so far but I can foresee that as inevitable as they do pop off occasionally if you crash hard or run into something. Better that they pop off as opposed to breaking. My son is able to control it very well - already almost able to land it in someone's hand. Sounds like a bee or something - not irritating or too loud...kind of comical. We were so impressed with the value for the price (so far), that I ended up ordering one for myself and my father. I'm hoping they last! If not I will come back and update this review.

The super lightweight idea is good but poorly constructed
This thing has a lot of power but no durability. The controller is smaller than any other nano I've seen, so small it's hard to access the trim buttons. Any bump against the wall and the propellers pop right off then you spend time looking for them instead of flying. The super lightweight idea is good but poorly constructed. As soon as I opened it I noticed all the motors are very loosely attached and wiggling around. I would not recommend this to a friend. I like my sky viper nano m200 much better.

Tons of fun!
This this is incredibly tiny, it's smaller than the palm of your hand. And the transmitter is super tiny as well, It works fine, although people who pinch the sticks might not be comfortable with it. The transmitter is maybe about 1.5x the size of the quad. It has left, right, front and back trims. Also some neat features is the sensitivity, there are 3 levels, you cycle through them by clicking in one of the sticks. Also it does flips, to activate one you click the other stick and it'll beep and then choose a direction to flip in, which is actually impressive, this little guy flips quick and has the power to recover. One thing that could be a downside is that the whole frame is the circuit board, which can be prone to damages, but I've crashed it a few times to test is out and it seems pretty sturdy, but if you do end up breaking an arm off, you're out of luck with trying to repair it. It comes with 4 spare props, and a usb charger. You get around 5 and a half mins of flight for about a 25 min charge, which is pretty good. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, easy to fly R/C copter. Kids will go crazy for this, and even adults will find this fun! It's really easy to fly, it handles very well and is very quick to level out and hover. Also the blue and red LEDs on it are pretty bright, and this does have a low battery warning, they lights will start to flash rapidly when its getting low. I would very highly recommend this little guy, and it IS little but tons of fun!

You get what you pay for
A recommended product for drone beginners! Be warned, however, that you get what you pay for.Firstly, the flight only last for a few minutes before needing to recharge again. The motors are prone to burnout if used excessively. Also, the frame is made up of the entire flight board. So that means that if a good amount of damage is dealt to the board, then you're pretty much out of luck in terms of fixing it. A poor design, in my opinion, but again- you get what you pay for. I had to replace this product a few times because of the troubles mentioned, so KEEP THAT 90 DAY WARRANTY IN HANDY!!!Still, it's durable enough, fun to play with, and definitely worth the buy for drone enthusiasts, both newbs and pros alike.

Best Starter Quad for the Money!
This thing is a great trainer and simultaneously good for experienced flyers. It is a true 4 channel flyer so if you lose line of sight you won't have to worry about loss of control. However I wouldn't trust its length for longer than about 40 yards. I almost put mine in the drink at that distance. It's pretty durable, and can take a beating if you put it into a wall. It's designed to lose rotors if it bangs too hard into a wall, but don't worry it easily snaps back in place. It has hover trim adjustment which is nice BC you need it when you put rotors back on.My only complaint is battery life, but it charges in 25 minutes for ~5 mins of flight so for the price you can't best it

battery life is pathetic. the controls are miserable
worthless. battery life is pathetic. the controls are miserable. the props either refuse to spin or fall off. this was a waste of money. worse, it would cost me more time and effort than its worth to return this shoddy piece of junk. I want to give this no stars.

The drone that taught me to fly...
This drone provided a relatively inexpensive way for me to learn how to fly quadrotors, and proved rather durable in the process, even surviving a swim in a glass of lemonade at one point. I write this review years later, but only because this is to be what teaches someone who I wish to addict to this hobby to fly. Controllable, predictable, and generally fun, I recommend this as a training aircraft, since it's really not capable of damaging anything it impacts making it a safe indoor learning platform.
