Even at 1/4 tablet, it was WAY too much B-6
I was under the false impression that I had low B-6 levels without actually doing a blood test. I googled how much B-6 we need daily and it was 1.3 mg. Of course with vitamins the bioavailability will not be 100%, but I thought 25 mg was still too high, so i split it up into quarters making it 6.25 mg.Did a blood test 3-4 months later and my B6 was 104.4 ng/mL when the normal range was 2.1-21.7. I was 5 times above normal limit. Vitamin B is water soluble but that doesn't mean your body can get rid of all excess, which is what my doctor said.I stopped taking the B-6 supplement, took a blood test 2 months later and it dropped to 17.8 ng/mL; well within the normal range. Apparently I didn't need to take B-6 supplements.Recommend taking a blood test to see whether you need to take supplements in the 1st place. For me at least, taking just a quarter of the B-6 tablet was STILL too much B-6 and 25mg is the smallest capsule you can get. So the supplement works, but you may have to cut it up into MUCH smaller pieces.

Works for Nausea!
I bought these for my daughter because she was waking up very nauseous in the morning. No, she was not pregnant, lol. She was just deficient in B6. After giving her two of these twice a day her problem has resolved. After two months, I only give her one tab twice daily, and it works great I would definitely recommend!

Great value for quantity and price
Arrived a day earlier. No issues with item received. New just as described. Of course they’re vitamins so taste doesn’t ever taste good, but there is no foul taste to these. Easy to swallow. I use these for nausea in pregnancy & they’re a huge help. Also, great buy here on Amazon if you’re looking for a lower dosage. Most in stores are 1000 mg per pill.
