Love this griddle. We have had two so far (in a period of at least ten years). Bought this for our son as a birthday gift, as he complained of using 3 pans to make breakfast. So easy to cook on, and very easy to clean. It has held up very well with being used at least 3-4 days a week for several years. Has a convenient drain tray for grease, which makes for easy cleaning. Wipe it down with a wet paper towel (use a spatula to push it around so you don't burn your fingers) then wash in the sink.

This is the best Home Version I own. I'm very Happy with this product! If I wear it out, I will purchase another without question! You won't be Disappointed.

Mostly love it!Pros:Very easy to clean. I just wipe it with a Swedish dishcloth once it cools.Warming rack is very cool, especially for making bulk items (i.e. pancakes!)Non stick surface seems okay so far!Overall good value for moneyCons:I do wish it cooked a little more evenly (see picture)The temp gauge is difficult to interpret. It’s hard to know exactly what temp you have it on.

I needed an upgrade from my old small griddle and this is much larger than I truly expected. I saw the comments when I first found it but I just didn't think of how big it was. If you have the space it is worth it. In terms of the cooking surface, the top is very non-stick, and rarely have to use elbow grease to get stuff off of it. It can be a pretty hefty price tag but I believe that it is worth the price tag. Another thing is the warming tray. It takes a little to warm up but it eventually becomes nice and works perfectly. It is portable so you don't have to make another plate or tray dirty. I think this tray is a feature that you don't know you are missing until you get it.

Easy clean ceramic, warmer/steamer/tray is a wonderful addition. Six pancakes plus sausage under the steamer! This is the best griddle out of 4 we’ve owned, I like it more than our gas flattop. I use it multiple times a week for all kinds of meals. Only con is a single coil loop makes for some drastic temperature differences but with experience you can use it to your advantage. Plan for space around your items; don’t over crowd.
