TrespassWomen's Kimbra Walking Shoe

I have Morton's neuroma and other foot problems and these are the first fully comfortable sandals I've managed to find in years. They also look remarkably attractive on, despite how comfortable they are. Highly recommended for anyone with painful feet. Absolutely true to size and so well designed the straps fit perfectly across your toes.

Great sandals, comfy, no rubs. Ended up walking 13 miles instead of 6.5 the only issue I had was after a long walk I noticed the lack of arch support and I could feel big stones under foot with the sole not being that thick. But great for short walks.

Delivered on time and well packed. These light summer walking sandals have comfy soft yet durable soles and are great to wear in hot weather. The colour is discreet for casual wear with shorts or skirts.

I'm soooo disappointed! I bought these in brown well in advance of 'summer' (ok I use that term lightly this year) as always sell out of anything that DOESN'T look orthopedic or would happily compliment a sock/sandal/shorts wearing person (sorry to anyone who does that but sorrier for those who have to see it..). These sandles were as good as you can get for comfortable walking,accommodate a wide foot and look ok. They felt a little snug in the toe on first wearing around the house for a couple of days but losened up fine. Inside comfortable too and moulded inner sole good with enough 'bounce' for shock absorbing. Wore about 3 times out, not for particularly long walks or hiking but very comfortable and felt I didn't look too horrifically unfashionable so would have been a big fat 5 stars...but yesterday just walking in a supermarket...ping..strap over top of foot came off! (Where the D ring holds the velcro strap). If I had been running or driving this would have been pretty dangerous, luckily I was walking slowly at the time.I hooked the whole strap through the side part further down (the inside triangle) so could get home, was uncomfortable but kept it on.On inspection the leather is a thin coating on a kind of composite material and the stitching is through this. It's just not robust enough and I can see wear of the coating in the inside too and fraying.I have hardly worn my new shoes, so at over £10 a wear it's NOT a good buy!I was so happy with these now really annoyed as not even showing in my orders to return, but weirdly today I'm asked to review them (they broke yesterday!!). I expect a lot more from Trespass, these were not even a single summer use and now unwearable. If I glue and then stitch I don't think it's going to hold due to the materials used. Maybe I got a dud or other reviews are on day one of recieving?How do I return these for a refund as not fit for purpose?
