Review: Convenient but intense. - I am really enjoying these. They are simple and convenient, but not like an inversion table. The inversion tables are gentle, these do not ease you into it like a table, once you are upside down it’s a full stretch. I hang from a pull-up bar in a doorway, and it requires being physically fit to do this on your own. You can also get a killer, focused ab workout if you want. Really well built.

They just arrived today and after (2) 3 minute sessions of hanging upside down, my back feels much better than even taking muscle relaxers. After a few days of this I will try doing some workouts but so far, so good. I am 5’-7” and they fit perfectly. I can see people with skinny calf’s and ankles would need an extra pair of thick socks. These boots leave no pain and are very comfortable especially for the money. I just built a 1” O.D. Pull up bar in my back yard and the clips fit nicely but I wouldn’t recommend using these boots on a much thicker bar.

**Q: What is the maximum ankle circumference that these inversion boots can fit?**
A: My ankles are about 13 inches circumference at the top end of where the boot would fit. They AREN'T adjustable, BUT since they are "foam lined", you could possibly get away with "ABOUT 2 inches extra circumference = 15 inch MAX!

**Q: Will this fit a 2inch bar?**
A: NO! Bar MAX diameter would be 1 7/16" & NO MORE!Even that's kind of pushing it with respect to safety!

**Q: are the clips/buckles stainless steel or aluminum?**
A: I’m not totally sure but they seem to heavy to be aluminum
