It is great to keep the foot elevated.

I broke my foot, and as you can see, I have an air cast and this little pillow is amazing. It's soft and comfortable and just the right amount of density to hold the leg up at a comfortable angle whether I'm in bed or sitting around on the couch… If I could say one thing to improve it, I would put just tiny little soft handles on either end so it's a little bit easier to carry. The fabric is extremely soft so it's a little slippery!! once again I can say if you need something like this, then buy this pillow it is perfect and works great and is extremely comfortable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really like this elevation pillow. You can wash it and if you put near your ankle, it keeps your knee straight. I had a total knee replacement so it was critical to keep my knee straight while it was healing and this elevation pillow was very helpful. It is washable and was the perfect length for me, I am 5'8", so it is difficult to find something that is the right size. The only drawback is it is very soft and when I had to put pillows under it to lift my leg high enough, the pillow would lean to one side or the other, so I had to make sure to put the pillow directly in the middle so it would not fall over. I would buy it again because of the price and the quality. For me was a too soft but still usable for my need.

Ok but nor warerproof

The product looked like it was for a child...it was very, very tiny. It had no elevation at all, even after letting it set out to get its form. Very, very terrible product for $40. Would never buy this product again & you definitely shouldn't either. Very disappointed...so I sent it back & got a refund on it.

I'm a tall guy and had ankle surgery, the wedge fit my leg and cast perfectly. It does elevate your leg, but to get above my heart, I need to add a small pillow below it to give it just an extra couple inches of elevation. Picture makes it look bigger than it is, but its size is perfect to comfort the cast, just not enough height for elevation.

Bought this for my brother who broke his leg, he used it to elevate his leg and it held his leg well, price was reasonable.

My father is bedbound and in a nursing home. His heels can't touch the mattress or he will get bed sores. The nursing home was using all kinds of different make shift pillows and he was very uncomfortable. He always ended up with his heels pressed together touching the bed and his knees apart. I bought 2 of these and they have been working great. They not only keep his heels off the bed they also keep his legs in a more straight position rather than bow legged. He says it is so much more comfortable.
