Still going strong after 2 years in my PC
This stuff is great. I am writing this after having it in my rig for over two years using EK Pastel Blue coolant and there is absolutely no staining and remains clear after recently draining for maintenance. No splits or cracks detectable. This was a first time water cooled build and I feel like it has a more professional look than flexible tubing but of course takes some additional time and patience to work with. Use a rubber hose inserted before heating it up with a heat gun and be careful not to pull on it while hot as it will stretch and thin. With a bit of trial and error it isn't to hard. Another tip is to get your bend correct then cut to length. You also need to make sure and use coolant that is compatible with PETG tubing.

Good stuff, better price!
Again, a quick lesson. PETG bends more easily and is much less brittle than acrylic. But it will scratch easier. PrimoChill is my brand of choice, mostly because it's available quicker, wrapped well, and measures the size it says that it is, both ID and OD. With a good heat gun and patience you can make this stuff do anything without cracking and feel confident that the liquid will get from one end to the other. I prefer the clear to any of the colors, as they generally aren't as vibrant as some other brands put out...and you can change color on a whim if you choose!

Nice clean look to water cooling your PC.
These worked great to replace my dated looking plastic flexible tubing. Buy some extras as it takes a little practice to get the hang of using this type tubing. I found it to be relatively easy after a couple of tries. You will need a heat gun and a nice round gig of some sort. I used round circle cut plywood mounted to a plywood board with different sizes. I also marked the disk at different intervals to get the correct bend.I admit these where a new experience for me, but my electricians background helped a lot with the bending. Not near as hard to do as I expected to do, just had to order some more fittings along the way.

1/2 inch is 12.7mm
So 12.7mm doesn't fit into 12mm fittings. They're good tubes. Bend and cut great.

Very Good product; I had wanted a thicker wall however.
Good product I had wanted a thicker wall however. My use of the product was to extend my insecticide spray wand. For this particular application a thicker wall would have suited with less "bend and bounce". Otherwise the product is very good quality and transparency.

Easy to bend and has a good finish
The tubes were very easy to bend and have a very nice glass like appearance. The tubes also had very consistent inside diameters where silicone inserts only had to be sanded down a single time for a nice snug fit.

Great product.
Crystal clear tubing, with minimal burring compared to others out there, also withstands discoloration from Dyes pretty well. I would also suggest getting the deburing tool that primochill sells, it's a great tool and works with some other petg tubing on the market also. Works best with primochill though. Great price with the quality you get..

got bent
it bent goodMake sure your fittings are using imperial measurements. I used Primochill fittings. This was my first custom loop, and therefor also first rigid setup, was generally easy to work with and didn't seem to kink from unevenly heated surfaces. My alphacool silicone tube had to be sanded down [for a long time] but I'm not entirely sure if that was due to the PETG or the silicone. I just thought I'd mention it. I used a Dremel to grind edges down to size and hand sand paper to flatten and smooth.
