It fully soaked into my beard and it doesn’t come out when I brush it. It doesn’t just stick to the outside of the hairs. It actually soaks in all of the way and leaves my beard hairs nice and soft. While it is on the thicker side like a candle wax, you just rub it between your hands and then rub it into your beard. I love that it does not have a scent.
